Quiet little resort. Best thing about the stay was the 24hr heated pool. Stayed in pool til 3am. Felt amazing to swim this late in 107° weather. Suites spacious, comfortable beds, clean rooms.

This was a great property to stay at in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Very nice amenities, large complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, a complimentary Happy Hour which includes 2 free alcoholic beverages, appetizers and light snacks. Two pools, one of which stays open 24 hours. Well equipped gym and a tennis court. The staff is friendly and check-in was smooth. The property is quite large, consisting of two buildings, so things can be pretty far apart depending on where your room is and where you’re going. Parking gets full as well and you may end up parking really far depending on where your room is located. The rooms are nice enough and spacious but they are “outside” rooms so you won’t be walking through a cool building going to and from the different areas. Nice views of the mountains from the balcony. Bed was super comfy and the robes were a nice touch! The location is perfect if you plan to do any shopping in the Fashion District and there’s a Walmart about 2 miles down the road as well. I enjoyed my stay.

While the rooms are as expected for E.S. - obviously clean, comfortable and at par The pool was surprisingly wonderful. Not resorty,, but not just a typical hotel pool. Cornelius, the poolside bartender, was exceptional ("Kind to eyes" not to mention)! With a full bar, Cornelius was quick to quench our summer thirst pouring some concoctions and yummy libations from the blender. His kind and professional manner was top notch. The food is sure to please as well. I recommend the cobb (chef?) salad and crispy chicken sandwich were my faves! Kudos to Cornelius and the others at ES.

Wonderful experience. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was cheaper than most places around. Room was spacious. Every room has a little patio and ours looked towards Camelback mountain which was awesome! Great pool. Beautiful fountains. The made to order breakfast was a highlight. I've never had that great of a breakfast buffet included. Would rate 7 stars if I could. Biscuits and gravy, specialty omelettes (Philly style included), fruit, pancakes, bagels, banana bread.... Just incredible. Could not recommend this place enough if you're coming to Scottsdale!
